@Johnny-B-Good No positioning yet, only open / close functionality. But as I just wrote in an earlier post today, there is an encoder available, that the original controller is using to determine positioning, I could probably use the same encoder in my arduino addon hack. However, I need to get a new motor unit, as I have destroyed one by accident.. (I have two ports with separate openers attached. One is working at the moment with mysensors integration, while the other is completely dead due to over voltage on the 5V logic)

@sundberg84 I cleared the Eeprom from both gateway and sensor, then set the V_VAR2 on the sensor on a start value for example 5555 I changed the sketch not to request any values from the gateway When the sensor gets it's first reading it's registered in Domoticz with the value of 5556 ( 5555 + first reading of 1 ) Now I have to questions: After the first reading ( 5556 ) is send to Domoticz I can change the sketch back to where it requests the reading form the gateway ? But if the sensor for example quits working for a week, then I have to change the V_VAR2 on the sensor again, which is not very handy ? Thanks for the help !! Alex

@Anticimex As this is an issue with getting secure messages through the MySensors network to a secure controller i hope its in the pipeline for revision. I would love to see this resolved as i believe secure messages through MySensors would open up a huge potential for the MySensor project to grow rapidly.

@TEStevens This is two separate nodes, correct? As I understand what you described: you have a 4-relay node and you have a node with four buttons and four lights, are these LEDs on the node or switched lights? If this is a separate node from the relays, I would use S_SCENE_CONTROLLER for the buttons and S_LIGHT for the LEDs and use logic on your controller to send V_LIGHT commands to both the LEDs on the button node and to the relay node when a scene is switched 'on' or 'off' from any of your proposed "button controllers".

No, the strange thing is that I had RFM69 radios working on both controller and sensors before, then I did something to screw it all up and after that I cant get anything to work. I have tried building/resoldering three different gateways using RFM69HW radios and I can add the to domoticz without problem. But as soon as I start a RFM69 sensor I get the same problems as in the log. I have even changed my raspberry pi to a new one and bought a pwered USB-hub, but I get the same problem. NRF radios/gateway works fine tho.

no, i've got a capacitor bridging the NRF module Power feed too to stabilise the power to that. I'll keep an eye on the ser2net feed and see if there anything untoward happening!

Problem seems to be solved after adding a 4.7uF capacitor to both NRF24L01 modules..

Hello, Everything is OK. It was my mistake. I did not do clear EPROM properly... so I ended up with the repeater and the node with the same nodeID which I hard coded. That is why repeater ACK was accepted as node ACK. All work great.

Oh. misunderstood. I was writing totally different thing... rs485 network that can be used instead of wireless.

The distance sensor is supported in the beta version of Domoticz

i'm running v2.3219 on my synology. i think this is a beta release? i think my strange values are due to trying to add the values by json, this results in adding it to the todays volume and not resetting the total count? furthermore the positioning of the tcrt5000 is critical in preventing false pulses and this is what is happening now with my meter i think... the small led light on the sensors blinks sometimes very weak when the wheel of the watermeter isn't even near the led....
